Production tooling is built for controlled, repeatable workflows; the smaller utility apps each do one job for one kind of user, and nothing that does not serve it ships.

Your data stays yours

Local-first and on-device by default. Where a product needs a server, its own privacy policy says exactly what leaves the phone and why.
